Residential Remodeling

Handyman, Punch List, and Warranty Repairs

Small repairs, new-home punch lists, and the list of things that never got finished, handled by a general contractor instead of a rotating cast of trades.

Not every job is a remodel. Sometimes it is a door that sticks, a patch of damaged drywall, a window well that needs a cover, or a list of twenty small things that have been waiting for a year.

We take small jobs across Northern Colorado and bring the same standards to them that we bring to commercial work.

Small-job scope

  • Drywall and texture repair
  • Door adjustment, repair, and replacement
  • Trim, caulk, and paint touch-up
  • New-home punch list completion
  • Builder warranty repairs
  • Window well covers
  • Garage storage and shelving
  • Post-inspection repair lists

New-home punch lists and upgrades

Northern Colorado has thousands of recently built homes, and new homes come with a list: nail pops, sticking doors, missing caulk, items the builder did not get back to. We work through those lists for homeowners and for builders who need closeout help.

We also add the things production builders leave out, such as finished basements, built-ins, backsplashes, decks, and garage storage.

Buying or selling a home

An inspection report often turns into a repair list with a deadline. We can price and complete the items on that list so the closing stays on track.

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Walkthrough

We look at the space with you, talk through what you want, and flag anything that affects cost or schedule up front.

  2. 02

    Written scope and price

You get a written scope of work and price before anything starts, so there is no guessing about what is included.

  3. 03

    Build

We handle permits, schedule the trades, protect the rest of your home, and keep you posted as the work moves.

  4. 04

    Final walkthrough

We walk the finished work with you, close out inspections, and take care of the punch list before we call it done.
