The outside of a house is one system. The roof, the flashing, the siding, the windows, and the gutters all have to hand water off to each other, and most leaks happen where one meets the next.
We replace and repair exteriors throughout Northern Colorado. Because we are a general contractor, the same crew lead is responsible for the roof, the wall below it, and the window in that wall.

Built for hail
The Front Range sees damaging hail most years. Impact-rated Class 4 shingles hold up better than standard shingles, and some insurers offer a discount for them, so it is worth asking yours. Fiber cement and engineered wood siding also stand up to hail better than vinyl.
After a storm
If your home has storm damage, we can inspect the roof, siding, gutters, and windows together and give you a written scope and price for the repairs. One contractor for the whole exterior means one schedule and no gaps between trades.

Common questions
Repair or replace my roof?
If the damage is limited and the rest of the roof has life left, a repair makes sense. Widespread granule loss, curling shingles, or leaks in several places usually point to replacement.
Do I need a permit to replace a roof or windows?
Most Northern Colorado jurisdictions require a permit for re-roofing, and many require one for window replacement. We pull the permit and schedule the inspection.
Can you replace siding and windows at the same time?
Yes, and it is the best time to do both. With the siding off, new windows can be flashed and integrated with the weather barrier properly.
