Standard Building Company provides structural steel erection, pre-engineered metal building installation, light gauge steel framing, metal decking, and miscellaneous metals for commercial and industrial projects across Northern Colorado and the Colorado Front Range.

Sequencing and site logistics

Steel sets the pace for everything that follows it. We coordinate anchor bolt layout with the concrete, plan deliveries and crane access around the site, and sequence erection so the trades behind us can start on time.

Pre-engineered metal buildings

For shops, warehouses, and agricultural and industrial buildings, a pre-engineered metal building is often the most economical structure. We handle the foundation, erection, wall and roof panels, insulation, and trim as one scope.

How a project runs

   Scope and budget

   We walk the site or review the drawings with you, define the scope, and build a budget and schedule you can make decisions from.

2. 02

   Pre-construction

   Constructability review, subcontractor pricing, long-lead procurement, and permit submittals happen before anyone mobilizes.

3. 03

   Construction

   One superintendent runs the job. You get a schedule, regular updates, and a clear paper trail on every change.

4. 04

   Closeout

   Punch list, final inspections, certificate of occupancy, and a complete turnover package with warranties and as-builts.
