Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot packed into them, and water is hard on shortcuts. What matters most in a bathroom remodel is the part you never see: the waterproofing, the slope to the drain, and the ventilation.
We remodel hall baths, primary suites, and basement bathrooms throughout Northern Colorado, from a straightforward update to a full gut and reconfiguration.
Bathroom remodel scope
- Custom tile showers and shower pans
- Tub-to-shower conversions
- Vanities, countertops, and fixtures
- Tile and luxury vinyl flooring
- Plumbing relocation and new rough-in
- Exhaust fans, lighting, and outlets
- Primary suite expansions
- Grab bars, curbless showers, and wider doors
Tile showers that last
A tile shower is only as good as what is under the tile. We build showers on a continuous waterproofing system with a properly sloped pan, and we test it before any tile goes on.
Aging-in-place remodeling
A bathroom is usually the first room that needs to change for someone to stay in their home. Curbless showers, blocking for grab bars, comfort-height fixtures, better lighting, and wider doorways can be built in without the room looking clinical.

Common questions
Can you add a bathroom in my basement?
Yes. If the builder left a plumbing rough-in, the work is simpler. If not, we can cut the slab and add drains, or use an ejector system where the sewer line is above the basement floor.
Do I need a permit to remodel a bathroom?
Cosmetic updates generally do not need one. Moving or adding plumbing, electrical circuits, or walls generally does. We handle the permits the job requires.
Should I keep a bathtub?
If it is the only tub in the house, most owners keep one for resale and for kids. In a primary bath with another tub elsewhere, a larger shower is the more common choice.
