Building in Copper Mountain
Copper Mountain is a resort community in Summit County, at about 9,700 feet where Highway 91 meets I-70 between Frisco and Vail Pass. Most of its buildings are condominiums, lodging, and the commercial space that serves the resort villages.
Much of the work is interior: condo remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and commercial tenant finish. Working inside occupied buildings means coordinating with property managers, protecting common areas, and scheduling noisy work and deliveries around guests.
Permits and jurisdiction
Copper Mountain is unincorporated, so building permits go through Summit County. Most projects also need approval from the building owners association before work starts. We handle the submittals for both.
